Radio-V, Inc. strongly believes in the protection of your personal information. Because we value your business and respect the need for personal privacy, we will never share, lease or sell your personal information to any partners, affiliates, suppliers or any other third parties without first asking your permission.

How Order are Processed

In order to fulfill orders placed with our online store, we collect our customer's and financial information via online forms. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. Customer contact information is also used to get in touch with customers when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Security Policy

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our online store is designed to ensure the privacy of your name, address, email, credit card/check information, and any other information you provide us. We use the industry standard security measures available through your browser called SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which allows your Internet communications to be transmitted in encrypted form. Your information will be sent privately and unaltered to only the server you specify.

This site contains links to other sites. Radio-V.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any site other than our own.

Radio-V.com distributes e-mail announcements containing new album release information, information on our content and general information about Radio-V.com products and services. We do not automatically add our customers to these mailing lists. To receive these mailings you must provide us with your e-mail address or fill out our "Join the Tribe" form. If you wish to remove yourself from any of our mailing lists either follow the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail or send your request via e-mail.

We will never share or sell your e-mail address with any advertiser, partner or any third party without first asking your permission.

How to Place an Order

Use the secure on-line order form, by selecting the title of the selection(s) you wish to purchase from within the catalog, or fax an order along with Credit card number, billing and shipping address to 415.865.0509. Office hours are 10am-6pm Mon-Fri Pacific Standard Time.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

MasterCard, Visa, Carte Blanche and Diner's Club cards. Please do not send money orders, cash or personal checks. We do not accept CODs.

When paying by credit card, please include the name and billing address of the cardholder to help speed verification. For Cards issued outside the US please include the Bank or Financial Institutions name. No credit card information is stored on-line.

Shipping Information

Orders for Instock items received by 12 noon PST Mondays-Fridays are usually shipped within 48 hours if not the same day- eg Holidays, orders will may take longer to ship. Difficulties encountered with payment while processing your order will delay the shippment of your order by up to one week. Please check your credit card information carefully before submitting your order. We do not process orders on weekends.

Shipping charges are affected by a variety of factors, especially when shipping to a non-U.S. destination. Radio-V.com is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and non-U.S. customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

ALL United States orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. This service usually takes 2-5 business days, however all shipments are at the mercy of the USPS.

Non-US Customers

Most International orders (usually up to 6CDs) are shipped via US Mail small packet air mail. The normal delivery time is 7-10 business days (though this varies a great deal and can take up to 21 days for deliveries to certain countries depending on the postal service.) Delays can occur due to an incorrect mailing address or customs delays in the destination country. In certain cases when an order is either heavy (more than 4lbs/2kg) or valuable we will ship US Mail Express Mail, this is often the same price for certain countries as Parcel Air Post. In the rare event that there are problems shipping your International Order, we will contact you via your supplied contact info to try to reach a workable solution. Radio-V.com is not responsible for paying or calculating any additional import taxes that may be charged in your country. For more details on these please contact your local customs office.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent via registered mail and you will be charged the registration cost (US$6.00) plus the airmail postage. Please note that this delays delivery due to added security but is necessary to avoid theft/loss of your order. Please email to get your package(s) registered number.

We try to minimize the shipping cost to you, so that you can order more music. However, all international shipping is fairly slow, so please be patient. Also, please know that when your order leaves Radio-V.com, it is in perfect condition. We cannot be responsible for the way packages are treated by international postal offices. You must resolve complaints about package conditions with your local post office.

Radio-V.com is not responsible for items lost or stolen while in the possession of the US Mail or Foreign Mail Services. Insurance and Registration is recommended if you live in a country or area where mail theft is a problem. We are also not responsible for delays in the United States Postal Service during PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES, please exercise some patience before sending us an email.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Most shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order via the web. All orders ship via United States Postal Service and take 2 to 5 business days.

• Orders under $120 ship in the continental US for $3.75 US
• Orders over $120 ship in the continental US for $5.75 US
• International Orders (outside the continental US) ship for $8.75 US

Return Policy

Titles cannot be returned unless defective or misshipped.

Please contact us before returning any items, unsolicited returns may not be honored. Please include a copy of your receipt/email invoice or order number & email address with your returned order. We recommend shipping your returns via registered, certified or insured mail, as we cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen items. Defective items will be replaced by the identical title where possible, substitutions are not allowed.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, it is generally unavailable in our catalog. However, if an item goes out of stock while still live in the catalog and you order it, we will contact you via email and/or phone to offer the following options: 1) Choose another in stock title, 2)Wait for the item to re-stock, or 3) Cancel your order and have your credit card refunded the amount of the out of stock CD, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred.

Import Titles

Most import titles are made without plastic shrink-wrap, due to the music manufacturing processes in the country of origin of that title. Radio-V.com guarantees that unwrapped imports are brand new items, and have not been used or re-sold.
